Products and Pre-Orders
Our products are handcrafted ceramic items created in collaboration with Sampere Ceramics. These are pre-order items, and production times may vary. While we do our best to ensure product availability, occasional stock breakages or delays may occur due to the artisanal nature of our production.
Ordering and Contract Formation
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. The sales contract is formed once we confirm your order and prepare it for collection.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of collection or receipt, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

Product Warranty
As our items are handcrafted and artistic in nature, we do not offer a commercial product warranty. However, under Finnish consumer law, you have the right to receive goods that match the description and are free from defects. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@ravinteliolkkari.fi and we will address the issue.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the product in question unless otherwise required by law.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- You must notify us of your intent to return by email to info@ravinteliolkkari.fi within the 14-day window.
- Return shipping or personal return to our collection point is at the customer's expense.
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 14 days.
